1. Domestic Shipping (Within Egypt)
We offer domestic shipping within Egypt through (Bosta) Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your package.
Shipping cost 100 EGP

2. International Shipping (Outside Egypt)
For international orders, we use SMSA to handle our shipments. Delivery time for international shipments may vary depending on the destination country, but generally, it can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the items being shipped.

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping. Orders are only shipped on business days (Sunday to Thursday).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs for both domestic and international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

5. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or weather-related disruptions.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
